Please note that colour, darkness, visual appearance and pattern of the case will visually differ from the stock images shown in the eBay listing. This is due to the nature of the genuine wood used in the case. 

Specifically with the Walnut cases, particularly the shade of brown can vary quite heavily from a lighter to a darker brown.

Product Weight

Approximately 30g depending on the selected phone model. 

Please note that the given product weight is only an approximation of the weight of the wooden phone case and does not include the weight of the phone or any accessories you may have attached to your phone. 

Postal Service

All items sent will be sent using Australia's premier postal service Australia Post. 


Postage Location

Purchased items can be sent to any valid location including PO Boxes, unit, or apartment adresses that are provided on your eBay account. 

Prior to purchasing, please ensure that your name and address on eBay are both accurate and up to date. If there are any errors in given delivery address, please contact me ASAP on the day of purchase. 

Refunds or replacements will not be granted or sent for customers who have provided the incorrect delivery address. 


Item Processing and Handling

Typically, items will be personally processed, packed, and received by Australia Post within the same business day (Monday to Friday) if the order is made and payment is recevied before 12pm. 

Orders made on Friday after 12pm or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or any public holiday will generally be processed and packed on the same day, but will not be received or processed by Australia Post until the following business day. 

Unless there are any dire or unforeseen extenuating circumstances, your items will not take any longer than the next business day to be processed, packed, and received by Australia Post. 

If there are or will be any delays in the processing of your item contrary to the information above, I will personally contact you as soon as possible. 


Item Delivery

Please do not expect to receive your item based on the eBay delivery guidelines. 

Delivery times will vary heavily depending on your distance from South East Queensland. 

Please note that Australia Post has implemented changes to their untracked parcel service which most likely will result in delays. 

From personal experience, delivery to non-rural areas in Queensland or NSW will likely be around 7 to 14 business days and delivery to all other locations can take up to 21 business days. 

If you have not selected a tracked or express delivery option, I cannot guarantee the time or date in which you will receive your item. All given times are estimations given from personal experience and can vary heavily due to extenutating and uncontrollable circumstances.

Item Tracking

Unless otherwise stated, included with all purchases is free of charge untracked shipping to the address listed on your eBay account. Please ensure that the address given is both accurate and up to date before purchase. 

If you wish to receive a tracking number with your item, please select the "Registered" postage option at checkout. 

If you wish to get express postage, please select the "Express" postage option at checkout. Please note that express postage comes complementary with a tracking number.  

What are the differences between the Walnut and the other styles of cases that you have for sale?

The only differences are the type of wood that is used in making the case. 

From lighest to darkest the cases are: White Maple, Cherrywood, Bamboo, Rosewood, Walnut Wood

If you would like more colour accurate images of what the case does actually look as the cases use real materials making it unreasonable to show all possible variations, please feel free to message me and I can take images of the available cases so you can pick the case that you prefer.
