Alternative, original equipment OE parts, 35mm Rear Brake Caliper Kit >Lancia Flavia Coupe 1961-65, Fulvia Saloon 1964-70 - Girling Dunlop new-old-stock. AP Lockheed (aftermarket) boxed.

This kit, now designated EH2566, is made up from parts that were in boxes labelled SP2567 but which contained the 35mm seal instead of the slightly smaller, later Lancia Coupe type. The 35mm caliper is serviced by the SP2566 kit.

Seal sizes involved are

SP2566  1.3/8"  (1.375" inch) 34.92mm

SP2567  1.5/16" (1.312" inch) 33.32mm

The reason why I am offering these parts as a viable alternative for the SP2566 kit is because, as I understand it, SP2567 boots can be adapted for use on SP2566 applications.

The internal diameter of the boot is slightly smaller but is able to accommodate the 1/16" larger piston. The diameter could be increased by skillful use of very sharp curve ended surgical scissors, but i do not think it necessary.

Rest assured; if you want to return for refund for any reason, the automated process makes it very easy, and seller pays return postage too (UK only). 

Very near the end of this stock now, 19 having been supplied without hearing of any problems encountered.

So, this redesignated kit contains the correct seals, but incorrect boots (gaiters) for the applications:-

Lancia Flavia Coupe    (rear)      1961-65

Lancia Fulvia Saloon   (rear)      1964-70

New unused long term stored stock. Condition is very good visually, as picture shows. Year of manufacture is not known.
