We aim to reply to your query within 1-2 working days. After sending a message please wait for our reply before sending the second message. We reply to each message in order it was received.

    • International Customers:
      • Normal delivery time for international deliveries is 9-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and Bank holidays) after receiving the dispatch email is sent. In case of any delay, it may take up to 25 business days to deliver. Otherwise please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking information.

Return Policy:

  1. CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF GOODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.
