notes on shipment during the pandemic:

Because of the pandemic, all orders will be shipped using DHL Express / EMS. Economy options (DHL eCommerce Economy) also available to some countries, but it might take a long time to arrive,
Item
shipped using EMS to most countries will still be forwarded using DHL
Express because of the agreement between Pos Indonesia and DHL Indonesia
to work together during the pandemic. On some countries, there
might be an advance payment / disbursement fees alongside with
VAT/import tax that will be charged by DHL which varies on each country,
please kindly check with your country's DHL site about the fees before
ordering. Also, if your address / town is considered as a Remote Area
(a suburb/town that difficult to serve by DHL), additional USD 25 might
be charged and we will inform you after you place the order if you'd
like to continue or cancel. Before order, please kindly check your

Payment method:
We accept PayPal only (because it's the only available method to receive the payment in eBay).
1. Combined invoice will be sent within 2 days after auction's end.
2. Please clear payment within 5 days for completion of a transaction.
3. Order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 days.
4. Non-payment will lead to non-payment file in eBay.
5. Please be sure that your shipping address and phone number registered in PayPal is correct.
Shipping and Handling:
1. I offer international shipping only (local buyers have to pay the same postage)

Items will be shipped within 5 business days (or as stated by the
handling time for custom order/pre-order item) after the payment is
clear.
3. Items usually take 10-90 business days for delivery depending on your location and the shipping method you've used. (please refer to "Shipping Time Estimation")

Shipping Time Estimation:
1) Standard Shipping (DHL Express) = 5 to 20 business days*
2) Economy Shipping (Registered Airmail** / DHL eCommerce Economy) = 45 to 90 business days*
*All days are estimated for delivery time from the Office of Exchange in Indonesia to the post office in the destination country,
not including the time needed for custom inspection and the time needed
from the destination country's main post office to your
address/location. Business days = weekdays, not including
holidays/weekend.
**Only available to some countries. Based on the
experience, DHL eCommerce Economy works like registered airmail where
the package will be forwarded to the local post office to forward your
package.
Combined Shipping:
We
always do Combined Shipping. The highest shipping costs and each
additional cost will be calculated as total shipping. If you want to buy
several items at once, just simply contact us via message, we will
gladly make you a bundle listing for your order or revise the shipping
cost for certain items.
Refund and Returns Policy:
1.100% money back guarantee when:
a. Goods are lost* when shipping.
b. The goods are not the same as the description.
c. If we send you wrong items from what you have ordered (you may keep the wrong item and we will send you full refund or replacement).
d. The goods are damaged thoroughly and can't be used because bad packaging (please contact us within 3 days after the tracking show delivered with photos of the packaging and inside)

For motorcycle parts, sales are final and can't be exchanged if the
wrong items are bought and incompatible with your motorcycle because the
lack of communication before and after order has been made.
3. For motorcycle parts, sales are final and can't be exchanged once assembled and installed.
4. Sales are final and can't be returned or canceled once the package already dispatched.

For after sales / manufacturer warranty claims (if there are any),
returns shipping will be paid by the buyer. We will help you to
communicate with the manufacturer for items consultation and warranty.
*package
is considered lost if not arrived in the destination country after a
certain period of time stated in the shipping estimate (or the time
informed on the message after being bought), or the post office of the
destination country has an official statement (letters, messages) that
the package is lost during the customs inspection or in transit.
However, the package is NOT considered lost when (1) the package arrived
at the destination country's post office/freight company but not
delivered to the address yet, please always check and contact the
delivery company; (2) the package arrived at the custom but didn't pick
up by the receiver due to the customs fees/hold by the custom; (3) the
package arrived at the custom/post office of the destination country but
not picked up by the receiver and being returned to Indonesia. To
prevent this, please always check at your tracking number and contact
the delivery company.
Please Note:
1.
Import duties, VAT, delays, taxes, and freight charges are not included
in the item price and shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
2.
Please check with your country's customs office / local DHL to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company, or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse
them for additional shipping charges.
4. The package will always be
marked as "personal goods" so it'll decrease the chance of getting any
Import taxes (but if the value is too high depending on your country's
policy, you might have to pay the taxes).
5. If you want to reduce the values stated in the shipping label/commercial invoice, please let me know immediately after purchasing. However, if you changed it, you agreed
that if the item is lost in transit, your package insurance only
covered by the amount on the commercial invoice that you stated.
