This is the action figure of the Marvel comics superhero Human Torch with Glow-In-The-Dark Flames and catapult launcher, made by Toy Biz in 1994 for the Fantastic Four Marvel Action Hour toy line.He is mint, still sealed on his original card. Card has some shelf wear and a small dent in the top of the plastic, but looks great overall.
