Two Early German Male and Female Companion/Loofah Candy Container-Rare 1910. 
Two Early German Bisque headed loofah candy containers. The male loofah candy container stands at 13.5" His head and neck are made of bisque, he has beautiful blue glass eyes, red rosy cheeks and hand painted eyebrows and eyelashes. He is wearing a hat made of loofah as well as an overcoat and vest made of loofah. His vest is accented with loofah ruffles and a pocket fob. His pants and shoes are made of loofah as well. He is carrying a walking stick. 
The female loofah candy container stands 12.5" tall, her head and neck are made of bisque as well. She has beautiful blue glass eyes with hand painted eyebrows and eyelashes, light pink tinted cheeks, and gorgeous curly hair. She is wearing a loofah dress adorned with loofah ruffles around her neck and the bottom of the dress. She is holding an umbrella and purse both made of loofah and has a loofah hat to top it all off. They both have numbers on the back of their necks but they are hard to read due to the hair. Circa. 1910
