This lens has haze in the interior lens that is visible when shining light through the lens, so I believe this lens may need cleaning.  When used on the camera it creates a hazy effect on the subject and is noticeable especially if shooting towards the light.  The zoom, focus and aperture controls are all great.  The auto aperture is snappy.  The front and rear glass are also in excellent condition.  Front and rear lens caps are included.  The lens features a built in lens hood that retracts.  A 55mm UV HAZE filter is included.
