NOS 1950s Sales Receipt Book - The Hunter Mercantile, Groceries, Dry Goods, Shoes, Mortuary Service, Manzanola, CO - FREE Shipping

Here is a wonderful, unused sales receipt book from The Hunter Mercantile, Phone 2331, in Manzanola, Colorado.  The Hunter Mercantile, in the J.N. Beaty Bank building, in the heart of town, offered Groceries, Dry Goods, Shoes and Mortuary Services.  

The back side of the ticket says "Thanks for your patronage."  "Keep the ball rolling at home." "A bad penny may return but good dollars sent out of town never come back." 

The 50 page, two part receipt book with carbon paper was printed in Manzanola by the local newspaper print shop, The Manzanola Sun.  It measures
approximately 3 1/2" wide x 5 7/8" tall x 1/2" deep.
