3. No dent steel nail. For driving into wood. Buttons are driven through fabric and foam directly into frame. No dent collet. Nail is securely welded to collet.
4. Threaded Nail is a fast, positive, alternative to prong tufting. Just the nail through the upholstered construction and fasten in on the back with a spring washer. Deep threads are designed so spring washer slides on easy, yet can’t pull off. Nail is rigidly welded to collect.
5. Prong backed clinch buttons or split backs and are great for high speed production. Used on headboards, bars, restaurant booths and wide range of furniture styles. Very effective for pre-tufting of covers before attachment to the furniture frame. Round edge helps prevent holes from enlarging after application. Wire is precision tempered. Just the right hardness to keep prongs from pulling out, yet easy for your installer to bend.
6. Poly washer. Ideal for super hook buttons with great holding power. Also very popular for use when buttoning bedheads to act as anchor point to stop twine from releasing from reverse. Made from extra high impact nylon for added strength and rust resistance.
