All UK postage is free. All international
postage will be combined with all additional items being shipped for free.

Q. How do you know your items are
gold or Silver?
All gold items will have a
hallmark and has been extensively tested in-house. Our sterling silver items
will either be marked with full British hallmarks or other marks which guarantee
a minimum purity of Sterling Silver. Further to this they are thoroughly tested
to ensure this minimum purity.
Q. How long does it take for my
items to arrive?
UK items are typically shipped the
same or next day and are shipped 1st class which typically takes 24
hours. International items are normally received within a week.

We accept any form of payment offered by ebay. We kindly ask you to pay within 48 hours and to let us know about any possible delays.
Shipping
All items are shipped through royal mail with UK orders being sent 1st class. Most items are received within 24 hours of posting. We post 3 times a week.
International orders are sent tracked and signed and any additional orders will have postage combined.
