Chronically sick or disabled is defined as a physical or mental impairment, chronic ailment or terminal illness, which can be self-declared by the purchaser or end user online via e-mail by providing us with a specific medical condition, some common examples include:

Osteoarthritis, Learning Difficulties, Rheumatoid arthritis, Amputee,

Stroke, Cancer, Diabetes, Spondylitis, Heart Condition, Blind, Deaf,

Asthma, Alzheimer’s, COPD Etc…

Reasons like Walking difficulties, Arthritis & Old Age are not sufficient for VAT relief, so please only supply specific medical conditions.

Until a condition is provided or the additional VAT has been paid, we are unable to dispatch your goods.

Who is eligible for VAT relief?

To be eligible for VAT relief the government says you have to fit the following criteria, Charities – simply provide your charity number.
