Delivery Information 

-Please confirm your address is correct. We only ship to the address listed in the eBay.

-It might take more than usual by any unpredictable events including weather condition, no nonstop shipping, customs policy in your country. Please Understand.

-Normal delivery: USA, Canada, European countries-2~4 weeks

                            African, Central & South American countries-2 weeks~2 months

  In case that the shipment does not reach you within 60 days, please contact us then.

 -Seller is not responsible for any import fees.

 -For all the shipments returned to the seller due to the reasons not by seller's fault,

    the buyer has to pay for another postage for the seller to resend it or to refund the full order amount.

Methods of Payment

We accept the payments through the PayPal only.

Items must be paid within 3 days of auction ended. Otherwise, we can't guarantee your item is still available.

Returns

We accept the returns for any reason, but item must be "Not Opened Condition." All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your package.

Once receiving the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.

If you received wrong item, please let us know. To resolve problem,. we will exchange it to the proper item.

In case the addressee is absent, the delivery man leaves a note asking you to call for your package yourself. The shipper or the delivery man is not responsible for possibly missing note. Please contact us for the phone number of the local agency of the shipping company if necessary.

In case the package returns by the following reasons,

-Not called for

-Not claimed

-Addressee gone away

-Address incomplete

-Address inaccessible

-Addressee unknown

-Refused

-No such address

If you abandon the returned goods, you’ll get the following partial refund.

*Original postage is the actual cost we paid, which is not equal to free postage or the postage we set for each product.

In case the returned item is food with an expiry date, you will not get refunded anything.

If you want for us to resend your item to you, you’re required to pay the following.

Return charge + Postage to resend(actual cost)

In case the package is scrapped away due to above reasons within your zone(All deliveries with problem within USA do not return but are 100% scrapped away), we can’t refund anything.
