Please note there are 10 pins on the zif / fpc connector this cable is not as thick as the OEM you need to center it in the locking clip and lock (check the pictures above).

Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund for defective items only, any other return reason is your responsibility to get the item back to us! 

We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 30 days. 

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required.

Items can only be shipped to the lower 48 United States. USPS/UPS/FedEx packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
