How To Use It

Massage into skin to melt makeup and remove impurities. Remove with water, or ultra-sensitive types may prefer to remove it with cotton pads for a gentler touch. Use morning and evening.

AUTHENTICITY – all my beauty products are 100% genuine, arriving to me directly from either manufacturers or retailers, which can be substantiated. The product size is always clearly stated in the detailed description and accurate pictures attached to the listings. I always keep a note of the applicable batch numbers to protect against fraud.

POSTAGE – posting days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Items paid for before 12pm are despatched the same working day. All my beauty products are posted via Royal Mail with tracking included. Items are posted ‘1st or 2nd Class Signed For’ depending on the shipping information stated in the listing.

I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail once a product has been posted. Be advised, Royal Mail does not consider “an item lost” until 15 working days (UK buyers) and 25 days (Overseas buyers) after the date of dispatch so until this time has lapsed there is nothing that can be done. I always obtain a receipt of postage with the relevant tracking number and I will assist with any missing item claims once the required timeframe has passed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform me if the item has not arrived within the above timescales.

OVERSEAS BUYERS – Please be aware that I am not responsible for any Import/Customs Duties that you may incur when importing goods into your country. This is your responsibility, so please be aware of any restrictions that are in place.

RETURNS – Please be aware that most of my beauty products are not eligible for return due to reasons of hygiene, unless they are cellophane-sealed around their outer packaging and/or the original protective seal is intact inside the lid.

Returns are only accepted under these exceptional circumstances:

1. The product is returned unopened and the original seal still intact.

2. Damage to the product during postage. (You will have to provide as least 5 pictures of the damaged product plus a picture of the parcel) These pictures will be provided to Royal Mail and used in any investigation and claim.

All returns must be done within 14 days from when you received the product. Return shipping fees will be paid by the buyer. Items to be returned must be in the exact condition as received, complete with original packing.
