Charging tip-- if your batteries are completely dead, below 11volts each or less, no 48v charger will bring them back. You must open the case and charge each battery separately to 13.8 volts with a 2 amp 12v charger then put back in series and wait 24 hours and check each battery, none should go below 12.4 or it is defective..
look at the 2nd,3rd and 4th pic, you must verify thats where your red/positive goes into your plug,if its not like yours you must request it to be switched by adding a message to seller at checkout and click ad after you type note and send a message after the sale too saying to swap polarity! This charger is the only charger on the market that will NOT burn up if you hook up and polarity is wrong, it will not charger and turn red and fan kick on until polarity is correct and batteries are not defective.

Comes with PC Style plug but the case itself,as pictured, may vary..Polarity is set to plug right into most EW-36,EW-66 Ewheels SO its always important to check your charger plug and make sure the positive meets where positive is marked on the charger or it will fry it,you never know if it was switched....
