Maxliner Australia Online Shipping Policy

Maxliner Australia only ships within Australia, please contact us if your uncertain about shipping locations.

We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.

During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for despatch.

All orders will be despatched from our warehouse in Melbourne or Brisbane

DELIVERY TIMES

Although shipping services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all your tracking details.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your eBay inbox once it has left our warehouse.

If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48hours, please contact our customer services department so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If there is an error with your address, please contact us and we will endeavour to amend it. However due the fast-processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however, will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

INCOMPLETE ORDER

There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched.

A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from our factory or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf.

Refunds

If you have placed an order with us and wish to retract your order for any reason – even if you simply change your mind – we will provide you with a full refund, provided that we receive notice of the cancellation of your order before we have begun processing your order. If we have already started processing your order, then we are unable to provide any refund.

Refunds will not be available in any other circumstances. If you are not satisfied with any item that you receive from us, you may be entitled to return that item to us in accordance with the below.

Returns

Replacement or credit as remedy

If you are not satisfied with any item that you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to replace the item for you. In some circumstances, we may provide a credit instead of replacement at our discretion.

What you must return to us

To receive a replacement or credit, you must first return the item to us along with its original packaging and components.

Returning items within the first 30 Business Days

If we receive the returned item, or written notice from you that you will be returning the item, within the first 30 Business Days after the earlier of the date of purchase and the date of delivery to you, then we will assess the circumstances (including analysing the returned item, if considered appropriate by us) to ascertain whether or not the Company is at fault and:

· (Company at fault) if we consider that the Company is at fault, we will provide a full replacement of the returned item (or a credit at our discretion); or

· (Company not at fault) if we consider that the Company is not at fault, then:

- if the item has been returned in its original condition, we will provide a full replacement of the returned item (or a credit at our discretion); or

- if the item has been returned broken, damaged, tarnished or worn, we will not provide any replacement or credit.

Returning items after the first 30 Business Days

Shipping costs

In all cases, you must pay the costs involved in shipping the returned product back to the Company. If we consider that the Company is not at fault, then no reimbursement in respect of those shipping costs will be provided. If we consider that the Company is at fault, then we will arrange for goods to be collected.
