Returns are accepted only within 30 working days after the receipt of the product, if you are not satisfied try to contact us immediately for return by emailing us on eBay or contacting us by telephone.
The returns should be posted in original condition with packaging to ensure the refund without complication. Original invoice must be attached with the product when you will arrange the return.
Returns will not be accepted if in a non-resalable condition, worn or washed. Kindly be aware when trying on items that you have to make sure the items are not scented or marked by any perfumes, smoke etc.
Any items with this will be unaccepted for return. The information needs while returning the product is: Full Name, Address, eBay user ID, Date of Return and Reason for return.
All customers are liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. Postage costs will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return. As the return will be received, we will inform you, and will further issue your refund excluding the original delivery charge.
Customer (s) have to bear all costs of returning an item. The original method will be used for refund, how you paid, if you paid through PayPal, we will send you the refund through PayPal.
