58mm Snap on Lens Cap

This is a brand new replacement 58mm Lens Cap Cover For CANON

(will also fit Sony, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, Panasonic, Fuji, Samsung Camera 58mm lenses) 

Lanyard comes detached.  If desired, it easily is attached.

Comes with string detached.  You will need to thread the string into cap.

Some people do not like the strings.

Instructions for attaching lens to camera:

Simple answer - Loop the string to the ring where you attach the camera strap. I'd suggest using the side opposite from where the controls are (choose the left side) as that will keep the dangling cap & string away from your right hand. Likewise, when you turn the camera sideways (shutterbutton side up), the lens/string combo will hang down, and not go over the camera, controls, or lens.
