Returns & RefundsThis is a private sale, I am not a business and obviously all transactions will align with EBAY's terms and conditions, irrespective of what my view might be. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, I would like to make you aware of my view on returns and/or potential refunds. Please note that returns requests will be automatically accepted and a full refund then given once the item has been returned if the item:-
- doesn't fit
- is defective in a way that is not made clear in the description
- is not the item listed (i.e the wrong item was sent)
- has parts or pieces missing that weren't mentioned as missing in the listing description.
In the event that the item doesn't fit then the Buyer is liable for the cost of the return. For all of the other reasons stated above, I will cover the cost of the return unless I agree that the item can be kept. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
I promise I will always react reasonably and courteously to any returns requests. I will swiftly deal with any requests on a case-by-case basis but please do not assume that a return will be accepted or refunded (in whole or in part) for the following reasons:-
- You changed your mind
- You found the same or similar item at a perceived (taking into account condition, quality etc..) better price elsewhere.
- You just didn't like it.
- It was ordered by mistake.
- You believe the item doesn't match the description or photo or photos (unless of course it clearly didn't and is not a ase of interpretation)
- The item arrived damaged.
- You don't believe the item is "authentic"
