Kelsey Ale is a certified Nutritional Therapist, Paleo chef and baker, and fitness enthusiast. She’s been a nutrition counselor for over 8 years, in addition to having a background in anatomy, physiology, and Pilates. She lives in sunny Santa Monica, California where she enjoys hiking, cooking, wine tasting, and healthy living.
