How to Send your Photo to us:
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with our email address.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS FROM EBAY ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT US
For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg and over 1mb for PNG files, 300DPI
All our INK’s are HP Pigment INKs which are fade resistant and water resistant
We use two of the latest HP Z6200 printers, they are the best in their class!

**ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
*1. These can be portrait, landscape, square or panoramic, as standard we print these the same layout as the size you choose but if you would like these a certain way please request this when sending your photo.
*2. If your photo is not suitable for your canvas print it will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you.
*3. Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order canceled.
*4. Please DO NOT send images from Facebook these are not suitable for canvas printing.
*5. Please DO NOT send photos via ebay messages, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for your Canvas Print.
*6. Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.
*7. We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to your screen calibrations being different, Our printers are calibrated regularly by certified HP Technicians and produce a true colour match to the images we receive. Please be aware screen brightness, contrast and saturation setting can all enhance or change the colours you see on your screen.
