This coin is Circulated and does have normal scratches like all circulated coins.
I don't believe the coin was cleaned but it may have been dipped before I had bought it
I find that it is common for coins that look perfectly clean, bright and circulated may have been dipped but not by ME
All my coins are in a 2x2 Mylar flips so they will stay protected.
