Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
for selected PICKUP at our Eagle Farm QLD warehouse or we can offer Fast shipping on all orders!
We also have warehouse facilities in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth for certain stock items.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you change your mind with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original unopened packaging with no marks in a state we can restock for sale. Due to large size of these goods any original freight costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
