Here is a rare pair of carved teak bookends in the form of two sailing ships, made from wood salvaged from the HMS Iron Duke, Royal Navy Admiral Jellicoe's flagship at the Battle of Jutland during WWI in 1916.  They are beautifully carved in the Arts & Crafts tradition and have a small brass plaque describing origin to front.  Base is 7 x 19.5" and the ships stand 11" tall.  Original finish, superb condition.
