Although we do our best to maintain original colours in the opal, screen variations may affect the appearance.

We do combine postage for multiple items. This applies to purchases made at the same time on the same day unless we are told to wait. We will refund the postage fee after the full payment is made. 


PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal. Items are usually sent within one business day after payment is received.

 

SHIPPING

For those buying in Australia, delivery on average will be 2-3 working days.

For those buying outside of Australia, delivery on average will be 4-8 working days. This can vary depending on Postal Customs in your country. Tracking will help follow the progress of your purchase to you.

 

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a money back guarantee, provided the item is returned in original condition in protective packaging. Goods to be returned need to be shipped within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The postage paid to deliver the item to you will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to Diverse Opals will be paid by yourself. Any customs fees or expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Notice of your intent and approval will need to be sort by email before returning any goods.
