IMPORTANT - WARRANTY / RETURNS / SAFETY INFORMATION -
Please note that specialist gas components are not for diy type installation by an unqualified person, we do advise that any gas parts are only diagnosed, installed and tested by a suitably qualified engineer. It is illegal to carry out works to a gas appliance if you are not qualified to do so. Due to the rise in DIY style repairs most manufacturers will no longer entertain any faulty new item claims for spare parts that have been installed by none qualified or trained engineers. If any spare parts are reported as faulty from new and require returning to the manufacturers for inspection or replacement they now insist on having an engineer’s report detailing the model and serial number of the appliance and the technical nature of any fault reported. Any warranty or fault report claims can only be accepted if the claim is supported by an engineers report and any installation works are completed by a qualified gas-safe registered engineer. In order to complete a warranty claim we would need the gas-safe details of the engineer and the details of the appliance it has been installed on.

If you need any clarification at all or require assistance finding a suitably qualified engineer in your area please contact us and we will try to help if we can.
