HISTORY
The Morris Minor Traveller was launched in 1952 as a new variant of the original Morris Minor saloon from 1948. The iconic vehicle with its unique ash wood frame was originally supplied with an 803cc engine and a split front windscreen but in 1956 they replaced it with a one piece and a new 948cc engine and in 1962 a 1098cc. A symbol its era normally driven in films by vicars and members of the village WI it ceased production in 1971 after 1.7 million had been produced including the different Morris Minor variants.
