As far as I can make out, 13H783 and COM708 are the same flat spring-steel part and for 1098 1275 clutches in midget sprite morris minor... just different numbers.

.... whilst 7H3185 is the rotary wire spring for 803 948 in Morris minor midget sprite austin a30 etc...

BUT..... I have used these interchangeably when a situation arises and the other is better for that application.

7H3185 I have also seen as listed for MGA and MG TD TF.  Since these are sorta B-series, I cannot vouch for that, but repeat what I have seen. (see below)
