Condition: Used items might have creases, scratches or other signs of wear from use or storage. We try to supply accurate pictures, but if you ever have any questions please ask before purchase and we will answer to the best of our ability. Making sure you are happy with the item purchased is our top priority, and a lot of issues can be avoided with communication before-hand.
Shipping and packaging: Items showing a low shipping cost are sent in a reinforced and protected envelope. Other items are shipped in bubble envelopes or in boxes, depending on the fragility and value of the item. If you have a preference please let us know before purchasing as some items will cost more in a box due to the higher weight. Please note, items shipped with a stamp *do not* include tracking. If tracking is a must, please select the First Class package option at checkout.
Snail mail: The USPS stamp system is a modern day wonder. But it is also can be very slow and unforgiving, so items shipped this way can take upwards of two weeks to reach their destination. If it has been longer than two weeks, please let us know via eBay messages and we will work with you to find a solution... sometimes it's an apology and a refund. But it's a sincere apology. And a full refund!
Note on video game artwork: In order to ship artwork in a cost effective manner, all items will be folded down the back spine and shipped in an envelope. Most buyers are okay with this BUT we do understand some collectors will want only mint or pristine pieces in their collection. If this is the case please touch base before purchasing and we can work out a shipping solution.
Discs by stamp: We usually ship our discs in an envelope with a stamp to offer you the lowest shipping charge possible. We put a clamshell case on each disc, but even with this protection, some discs do still occasionally crack during shipment. If you find this is the case, please send us a picture through eBay messages and we will refund you immediately in full for the item.
Yes we can combine shipping!: We are very happy to work with buyers who want to purchase several items at once. In certain cases, we can work with both the base price of items and the cost of shipping when a large enough order is made. Please touch base with us with what you are interested in or send us a message before making multiple offers so we can be aware that this is a large order deal.
