Extremely hard to find Munich Mint commemorative of German Republic - most of the coins of this type you can see in uncertified state. We've only seen couple certified proofs of this type - this one is certified as PF 60. Heavy dark rainbow toning, more prominent on obverse, excessive hairlines on proof-uncirculated fields probably determine the grade. Otherwise- perfect proof-uncirculated coin with mirrored fields and sharp design. Great and RARE collectible coin!
