In the unlikely event that an item is not suitable, you may return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund of the cost of the item only.

The buyer must notify us through "contact seller" within 30 days and once the return is agreed the goods must be returned immediately after notification at the buyers own expense.

If you are returning an item for a refund without it being faulty it must be in a unused, resalable condition, in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition.

Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded. A refund will only be issued once the item is returned and tested and proven to be faulty.

If an incorrect item was received in error please contact us as soon as possible, we will arrange the return of this item and send the correct item. We will not accept incorrect items that have been used and is not in its original packaging.
