1998 Ultra Ultra Rare Galoob Star Trek the Next Generation 3 3/4 Inch Blue Face Data with Blue Hands and Pink Lips.

This is the rarest version of Lt. Commander Data.

There are four (4) versions of this Data
1. Lieutenant Commander Data with Blue face, Blue hands and Pink lips (RAREST)
2. Lieutenant Commander Data with dark face
3. Lieutenant Commander Data with white face
4. Lieutenant Commander Data with Speckled face

Card backing does have some minor shelf ware
There is a 2" crease at the bottom right corner of the card backing.
The plastic "bubble" is secured to the card backing

I had purchased this figure some 20 years ago. 

It was displayed in a display case for a while then stored away.  

After collecting mostly Star Trek and some other Syfy items for over 40 years I am clearing out my collection.
