This is the 2nd rarest version of Lt. Commander Data.
There are four (4) versions of this Data
1. Lieutenant Commander Data with Blue face, Blue hands and Pink lips (RAREST)
2. Lieutenant Commander Data with Dark face
3. Lieutenant Commander Data with White face
4. Lieutenant Commander Data with Speckled face
Card backing does have some minor shelf ware
The plastic "bubble" is secured to the card backing
There is a crease on front of the card 1" down from top left side too top right corner. (SEE PICUURES)
I had purchased this figure some 20 years ago.
It was displayed in a display case for a while then stored away.
