 ABOUT OUR MERCHANDISE

All of our military merchandise is purchased from US military bases, Government Liquidation, or private individuals.Unless I specify otherwise, in the listing, all of these types of items are considered to be genuine USGI.  Please remember that many of these items have been stored in military warehouses for extended periods, therefore we highly suggest laundering all items prior to use. All of the items we receive are hand sorted by type, size, style, and then rated for condition. The military surplus we receive from the Government varies greatly from shipment to shipment. All items may or may not have DRMO (Defense Reutilization Merchandise Office) stamp applied at various locations. This Government stamp does not mean the merchandise is defective.  It is used as a method of inventory control by the US government. In most cases the stamping or hand written DRMO can be removed with some light scrubbing using Krudd-Kutter or Goof-Off.  We do our best to contain DRMO info in each listing, but due to the amount of items we receive we cannot guarantee if the items are marked or not.

We don’t take individual pictures of each item we sell due to the volume of items we receive.  We frequently use stock photos. It is our policy to always list and rate each item as accurately as possible. You will see this disclaimer below, in each auction listing.  I will indicate in the individual Auction, if these are actual photos.

Remember that USED items have been USED and/or ISSUED; and they may contain small defects that don’t affect the usage of the items and were not immediately visible to myself.  I make every effort to ensure the information and descriptions in my listings are accurate. I cannot however assume any liability for mistakenly misidentifying an item.

 RETURN POLICY

Due to policy changes I have implemented a strict return policy  

While my feedback should speak for itself, I am not in the business to screw over customers.  I am in the business to make a little money selling my SURPLUS items.  

 So my return policy will be strict. You do have the option not to buy from me. 

I do want your business, but I will not lose any money over it either.

Returns are accepted only if the item description was wrong!  Especially if the item is a wearable item ie…clothing, socks, hats, gloves, shirts etc… I cannot re sell the item as new since you have probably tried them on. If for any reason you want to return an item, PLEASE get in touch with me BEFORE contacting eBay.  Please contact me through “I have a question about my item” .  I will need to actually speak to you on the phone.  If we can’t come up with a solution, I will refund your money, once the item is returned at your expense. The item must be in the same condition it was in when it shipped.   If you purchase an item from me that is NEW in packageand it is opened, you WILL NOT get any refund!  I can’t sell a returned item as new, if the package has been opened.  If there is a problem w/ the item and you feel you want to return it un-opened, I must be notified by e mail or phone within 3 days of it being marked as delivered by the eBay/USPS tracking system.  It does not take any person 14 days to decide if you want the item. I will need to actually speak to you on the phone. If you purchase an item from me that is considered used, issued, unissued or in the case the item is new but not in a package and you wish to return the item, I must be notified either by e mail or phone within 3 days of receipt. I will need to actually speak to you on the phone. If you still wish to return the item and it’s been pre-approved, a 20% restocking fee will be accessed and return shipping is on you.
