We attempt to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day and delivery is typically made within 1-2 working days for addresses in Mainland UK. Delivery to non-Mainland UK locations takes 3-5 working days.

 

We can provide a tracking number for all deliveries and we will use the courier company according to the size of the delivery. Collection is an option but you must notify us before travelling.

We accept returns that are received in our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in an unused and unfitted condition, and the item packaging should not be damaged.

 

Any returns received after 30 days since delivery will only be accepted at the Managers discretion and the reason for late return must be provided in writing to us BEFORE the item is returned.

In the unlikely event our product needs to be replaced within the 2 Year Warranty period, we will endeavour to dispatch the replacement product to you at the earliest and free of charge (delays possible due to bank holidays and stock availability).

 

We require the old part to be made available for inspection in all circumstances which helps us make improvements where needed and continue providing the best product and service possible.
