Australia Post or Couriers Please will deliver to your nominated address, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance company within 1 to 4 business days.

Please note that any customised items including our personalised range will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of order placement.

Bevilles always endeavours to ensure fast and reliable delivery, however sometimes there may be slight delays that are beyond our control. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend contacting the Online team through ebay messages to confirm delivery times.

Track Your Order

We ship all of our orders via Shippit, where either Australia Post or Couriers Please will deliver your items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number

If you have not received your parcel within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us via ebay messages.

We understand that buying jewellery online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you! You may return any items bought online and instore within 90 days of purchase for an exchange - even items that are on clearance. How fabulous is that! For change of mind purchases, you have 30 days from date of purchase to obtain a refund. Or 90 days to obtain an exchange or credit note.

The important thing to remember is that we want the beautiful jewellery you purchase from Bevilles to be perfect for you.

Bevilles will Refund or Exchange at any time where goods are:

  • Deemed to be faulty (ie- have a manufacturing fault or defect).
  • Are not ‘fit for the purpose’ that was made known to staff at the point of sale
  • Different to the sample provided, except where natural differences occur within the specific quality bracket.
  • Have obvious defects that were not apparent or brought to the consumer’s attention at the point of sale.
  • In conflict with any other rights provided for by State Legislation or the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
  • Excluding Personalised, made to order and finance sales.

Warranty Guide

At Bevilles, our number one priority is to have our customers feeling fabulous every time they shop with us. We appreciate just how important peace of mind is when making a special jewellery purchase. This is why we offer a 365 Day Jewellery Warranty.

We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all jewellery purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Bevilles item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution.

We guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers, each and every time. Suitable solutions may be a repair, a replacement, an exchange for another item or a refund.

How Do I Return An Item?

Please contact our customer service team via ebay and request a return label. We will email you an Australia Post return label. Instructions will be provided with the label. Please ensure that you include your original invoice/receipt and a short note stating that you would like a refund or exchange. Please include product numbers if wanting to exchange for a different item.

PLEASE NOTE: Your refund or exchange will not be actioned until we receive your item back at our Head Office.

What if my product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. Email us via ebay messages to let us know. We will email you an Australia Post return label. Instructions will be provided with the label.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: At Bevilles we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. If you have bought an item at Bevilles and you wish to return it back to us, then you have 30 days in which to do so. You may simply post back the item to us covered within the Returns Policy. A refund can be given once we receive your returned item.

Q: What if I don't like the item I purchased and want to exchange it?
A: If you have bought an item and you wish to exchange it, then you have 30 days in which to do so. You can return your item to our online store. An exchange can only be organised once we receive your returned item.

Q: Are receipts sent with purchases?
A: With every product that is despatched by Bevilles.com.au or here in our ebay store, a despatch note will be issued. This is your proof of purchase (i.e. receipt). This will contain information such as the company name and address, the product(s) purchased, along with their price and the total amount. Please refer to your receipt in event of a return.
