You are buying USPS Special Mint Set Folder & Stamps Man’s Achievements in Space. The folder and stamps were issued by USPS in 1981 item #833. The folder is in fine condition. The Space Achievement Block of 8 Stamps is in mint condition. They are in a sealed packet. The envelope in which the USPG issued the folder and sealed stamp packet it is included. It is fair condition. There are stains, wrinkles in wear. Don’t throw it away. It has protected folder and stamp packet for over 40 years and should continue to do so for decades to come.
