Do you do Custom Orders/Logos?

• Yes, we love to make an order to suit your theme

• Engraving Plate size > we cut these in house

• Custom Logo > we can use your logo, *cost does apply

• Large Bulk Order > contact us with your amount

Payments

• Payment by PayPal or Bank Deposit [preferred] before goods are dispatched. 

• Goods must be Paid in Full prior to local pickup.

• Please leave your eBay username or eBay item number as a reference when paying by bank deposit for items to be processed quicker.

Combine Orders

• Order combining not working? Send us your order and we will set up a listing for you with the correct shipping rate.

Shipping/Posting

• Orders have a set eBay post out time that the seller must abide by.

• To make sure we have your engraving details please message us after checkout [also note to press SAVE on your message to seller box]

• Shipping rates are available in the “Postage and Payments” tab. 

• Tracking numbers will be provided to eBay - once your item has been posted we are unable to retrieve it, please provide your correct address. You’ll receive confirmations once the order has been processed.
