This is a 10 second PSA that I guess would have aired on television most likely during Saturday morning cartoons

The film is in excellent condition Sorry for the poor pictures I viewed the film using an ancient viewer/editor 

I don't know how the audio quality is since I don't have a 16mm projector.

A must have for the scout collector
