I only ship outside the United States using the EBAY Global Shipping plan. 

EBAY expects payment within 2 days, and will automatically open an unpaid item case after 4 days and if you still don’t pay they will cancel the transaction and mark your account with an unpaid item. If you hit the buy button by mistake if you send me an EBAY message with in the first day I will cancel the listing so you don't go to a non pay and hurt your good rating
