Heat Press Settings :

- 130 deg cel temperature

- 20 seconds very firm pressure

- if the patch is not fully stick, recover by pressing another 8 seconds

- cold peel , allow at least two minutes before peeling off the plastic backing

- do not wash the shirt for 48 hours
