Payment is to be made within 3 business days of purchase or an unpaid item dispute will be made. All orders will be processed and posted once payments have been cleared. Please see our postage handling time for more information.
POSTAGE AND FREIGHT TERMS
* Please make sure your postage address is correct at time of checkout as the address listed will be the address that your item will be shipped to.
* We take the best of care to wrap and pack your item accordingly to prevent any damages during transit.
* We can not be held liable for any lost, theft or incorrectly delivered parcels made by Australia Post or Courier services, If you would like extra insurance or Registered post on your item this can be arranged via contacting us prior to purchasing and will incur the relevant fees on top of the cost of the item.
* Please allow approximately 5-10 Business days for your item to arrive, if you live in WA, TAS, NT or Northern QLD please allow a little longer.
* During Pandemics and Christmas or Easter holidays please allow extra delivery time.
RETURNS
* Before returning an item, Please contact our customer service for instructions.
* If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price and we will need to deduct applicable freight or postage costs from the refund.
* For All Returns that are from incorrect purchases or incorrect sizes or change of minds will be at buyers own expense and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer to pay postage costs back to us.
* Faulty Items, we will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post costs on returns.

* Improper handling of the product (negligence of unpacking)
* Not following instructions or guidelines for installation or use
* Any Damage caused by unattended Children or Pets
* Unsupervised use of the product
* It does not cover any damages or breakages that were not caused by a manufactures fault.
