Honda Rubicon Hondamatic Pressure Tester. 

The 42.50 will save you a trip to the dealer to test. The cost for the Honda test tool is crazy expensive. 

I work exclusively on 2001-2014 Honda Rubicon. I see in the forum's that people have a hard time sourcing the proper tester for this application. So I have had the hoses custom made and added a 0-200 PSI Gage. 

Tool to test the pressure to the Hondamatic. This is a custom made tool that has the proper thread adapter to fit the engine case of the 2001-2014 Honda Rubicon. 

This gauge is essential in troubleshooting a Hondamatic Problem. On the 2001-2004 Honda Rubicon's. The oil pump is prone to failure. (The pressure relief valve sticks) and the Hondamatic does not get enough pressure once warm and the Hondamatic slips off idle and when coming to a stop. 

Oil Pressure Spec is

22 PSI at 1400 rpm. (Just above Idle)

116 PSI at 5000 rpm

I normal see well over 116 PSI at mid speed (Usually over 135 at half throttle)
