Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 9:30am. 

We use a next day courier service on items up to 1.5m in length. For the larger items we use a diary book service. 

The diary book service is a 2 man delivery into a room of choice, the courier will be in touch to arrange this. Please enter a mobile number during checkout as they will give you a 2 hour time slot and a call an hour before delivery.

All payments are securely taken through eBay's managed payments system. PayPal, Visa Debit & Credit are accepted.

We have a 30 Day returns policy on all items. Only items that are unopened and unused are accepted. 

In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and claims submitted after this time frame may not be accepted.

Please open and check all items as soon as they are delivered.
