About the bulbs:
Artful gas-discharge(neon) light bulbs were manufactured beginning in the 1930s.
Same like NIXIE tubes,the "Gas-discharge(neon) light bulbs" contained low pressure neon or(and) argon gas.But unlike the NIXIE tubes emitted an orange colored glow or some red glow,because of the electrodes were coated with phosphor,the figures inside of the bulbs glowed different colors when electrified. This makes it look very beautiful when light up.




Please note that Bulb stuffs are special cargoes for the International Economy Package,they may not be able to pass the secure test in the airport,even after we received the tracking number for you.If that happened,all the processing procedure of returning and resending etc. may cost over one month. Please be patient.

FAQ:
1. Bulb in "Can't be fully light up"/"Lighted up in low brightness"/"Can't be lighted up" situation.

Usually happened in the U.S.A. customers. Please use 220V AC instead of 110V AC, or buy a 110V=>220V transformer in our list. It will solve the same problems immediately.
For "Can't be lighted up" situation, if the power voltage is right(220V AC 50Hz/60Hz), please check the socket connection, please use the right socket(like E27 instead of E26),and please check the bulb to see if it leak or not.
For the Neon Bulbs, if the segments inside the bulb are still in black, thus the bulb is fine. If the bulb leak or crashed, the black segments inside the bulb will turn into pure white, easy to find out.

2. If the bulb crashed in transport.

The bulb(s) will be well packed, but if still crashed in the transport, please send us the picture and contact us ASAP, we will help to solve the problem, like resend or others solutions depends on customer's choice.
