SHUNGIT - stone from Russia
Shungite is the type of fossil coal with the highest carbon content (up to 99% by weight). It is found in Proterozoic sediments around Shunga in Karelia, northwest Russia, and in some areas of Sweden, Canada and India.
How to use: Before the first use, wash the shungite several times under running water. 5 liters of water are used for 500 g of shungite (1.5-2 liters for 150 g). Set aside the shungite water for 2-3 days. After this time, the water is ready for drinking, cooking and cosmetic use. Then pour the same shungite with water and after 3 hours the water is ready for use. The same portion of shungite can be used by
5-6 months. Remember to wash the shungite at least once every 5 days. Store shungite in a dry place for 10 years.
