I measured the top front underarm to underarm and got approximately 21 inches, the front waist measured approximately 21 inches and from shoulder seam to bottom of top measured approximately 25 inches. The shorts: front waistband measured approximately 12 inches(there’s some stretch to the shorts, not sure there’s 8 inches of stretch), inseam measured 3 inches, front leg opening (thigh area) measured approximately 12 inches and an approximate front hip measurement of 21 inches. Please note that I find that pre made costumes tend to run smaller, I usually recommend buying a size or even a couple of sizes up from your regular size. I have provided measurements above. There’s some stretch to this costume, but not a lot. Measurements on the package for fit are as follows: size M(8-10); bust 37 1/2 in; waist 32 1/2 in; hips 40 1/2 in.
