The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic has issued a series of commemorative coins paying homage to the 200th Anniversary of the May Revolution.  

The series includes five proof coins depicting iconic geographical regions within Argentina, and a sixth proof coin commemorating the second Dakar Rally held with Chile.

El Palmar National Park was created with the aim of preserving a representative sector of palm groves of the yatay variety. It is located in the center-east of the Entre Ríos province in Argentina, on the right bank of the Uruguay River. It is one of the southernmost natural palm groves on the planet.
