I purchased these pieces in NJ where I bought many things for restoring my Victorian home. I've since moved to Florida, and this style doesn't work at a beach house.

Description:

  • This is a wonderful piece that I acquired from my Dad when I closed his house.  He was a garage sale/auction guy, so I don't know it's origins.

  • The glass is quite heavy and has a hatch pattern on the top.

  • The box measures 6-3/8 x 4-3/8 and is 1-3/4” tall.

  • Weighs a hefty 2 pounds, 2 ounces.

  • The hinge appears to be chrome as it requires no polishing

  • There are no marks.

  • Having collected antique glass for years, I believe this is after 1930.

Condition:

  • One fleabite on the cover

  • Some scratching to the chrome and glass

  • The hinge mechanism works perfectly.

  • Please review the photos.
