This album is from Crown of Kong Hong. Based on my limited knowledge of the woman's estate from whom I purchased the records, I think it is from the 1960's. I don't read Chinese so cannot provide further details.
The sleeve looks very good to excellent with an old cellophane/plastic wrap that has taken the wear.
The record looks to be in excellent condition with no apparent scratches that I can see by eye.
